We understand the immense trust you place in us when creating a memorial piece to honour a loved one. Our commitment is to ensure that your precious inclusion is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care throughout the entire process. From moment your parcel arrives, it is registered, catalogued, and stored securely in a designated area.
We only work on one memorial piece at a time, so your jewellery has our full attention. We treat each inclusion with the upmost respect. We use only a small, specific amount of inclusions for your jewellery, and any remaining portion is returned to you, untouched, along with your finished piece.
We understand that this process can be difficult. We are here to answer your questions and provide reassurance every step of the way. You will be informed once your loved one's inclusion arrives safely with us and again when your finished jewellery is on its way home to you.
We can add a whole range of inclusions in your jewellery including, Human remains, Pet remains, Human hair, Pet fur, clothing, flowers, pregnancy test caps and more. Please contact us if you have something your unsure if we can add.
Following your purchase, we will dispatch an inclusion pack to you. This kit contains all the necessary items—a small container, a scoop, and a labelled, resealable bag—to send your inclusion to us using the provided prepaid envelope. For ring orders, a ring sizer will also be included to ensure accuracy. We also include a form. Please read through this carefully to make sure all details are correct. Any amendments you need to make can be made on the form.
FAQ's
Can I add more than one inclusion?
Yes, we can add more than one inclusion into your jewellery piece. just select the inclusions you want to add at checkout. If there's anything your unsure on please send us an email and we can help assist.
How long does it take?
For silver jewellery we aim to have your jewellery delivered to you within 2-8 weeks or sooner if possible. This depends if your jewellery piece is in stock when we come to purchasing. The turn around time starts from when we receive your inclusion pack back to us
For gold jewellery we aim to have your jewellery delivered to you within 8-14 weeks. Gold jewellery is not stocked by our suppliers and is made to order, which means a slightly longer wait. The turn around time starts from when we receive your inclusion pack back to us.
During busier periods the turn around time may be slightly longer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at anytime before sending your inclusion pack back to us. If the inclusion pack has already been sent to you with the prepaid envelope we unfortunately would not be able to refund the postage but we can refund the cost of the jewellery. Once you have sent your inclusion pack back and we have ordered your jewellery or started working on it, we unfortunately can not cancel your order at that point.

What is an inclusion pack?
Once you place your order we will send you out an inclusion pack. This pack will contain a prepaid envelope, a small container to put your inclusions in, a small scoop and a ring sizer if needed. There is also a form for you to fill out. Please double check all the details are correct and answer the further questions. Please place the pot with your inclusions along with the form in the prepaid envelope and send back to us. We will contact you as soon as we receive it back to let you know it's arrived safely with us.
Communication
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We then send you out an inclusion pack along with a return pre paid envelope. Once we receive your pack back, we will then order your piece and contact you to let you know your pack has arrived with us safely along with an approximate turn around time. Once your order has been made we will send you a dispatch email to let you know it's on the way to you.
Can I have more than one colour?
Yes! we are more than happy to work with you on more than one colour or design. Once you place your order, please send us an email and we can work with you on your ideas.
How do I care for my jewellery?
When you receive your order there will be a jewellery care guide in the box. This will explain all the do's and don't and how to care for it correctly.
